This unit has the upper hose connection on the passenger side for 1959 - 1964 Impala If you need the upper hose on the drivers side, use our part number RAD-6289S. The OEM fan shroud will not fit so you will need a 1965 - 1968 Impala fan shroud or one of our setups with high powered electric fans.
